My name is Liam Howells

I'm a Sheffield based Online Physique Transformation Coach, Personal Trainer, Advanced Sports Nutritional Adviser and Men's Physique Athlete, offering both Online tailored nutrition and training programmes and one to one Personal Training, aimed at fat loss, muscle gain and/or overall performance.

Being passionate about Health, Fitness, Nutrition & General well-being meant that Personal Training was a natural career path for me.
During my time as a Trainer I have helped and ensured the success of hundreds of clients, from single mums to Natural Bodybuilders.

I specialise in combining personal attributes with a science based approach to Training and Nutrition, which has allowed me to achieve success coaching both everyday individuals and fitness competitors alike.

My aim is to use my passion and knowledge to inspire and educate clients, helping them to transform their physique, change their lives for the better and push them further than they ever thought possible.
I truly believe that Online Physique Transformation Coaching is the most effective way to do this!

I've just completed a 2 month program with Liam and couldn't recommend him highly enough. He's really helped me kick on with my training, giving me that extra push that I needed and now I'm enjoying my training more than I have for a very long time. He's also got me focussing on my diet, an area I've really neglected in the past but now with my new training patterns going forward and added benefit of a new focus on my diet I'm really starting to see the results I wanted.
